PA Bake Sale
The PA's Thanksgiving Bake Sale is Tuesday, Nov. 23, during drop-off and pickup. For those of you with an urge to bake, the PA is still welcoming donations of baked goods in any form. For the rest of us, it is a great way to add something delicious to the table over the holidays.

St. Michael's Country Day School is an independent, nondenominational, coeducational school for children from preschool (for three-year-olds) through grade eight. Founded in 1938, the school and its facilities are located on a spacious seven-acre campus within walking distance of downtown Newport. St. Michael's teaches a challenging but engaging curriculum; it is the schools mission to promote respect for student individuality and to focus on his or her efforts within the larger context of the school community.
We have an age- and space-appropriate Early Childhood Center; 21 iMacs in our computer lab, access to SmartBoards for every grade level, two state-of-the-art science labs and a 3,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art library. The school has an outstanding performing arts programwith five drama performances a year plus numerous band and chorus events, excellent graphic and computer artsall enthusiastically embraced and wholly integrated into the curriculum. We have a dynamic interscholastic sports programP.E. starts in kindergarten; team sports (soccer, basketball, and lacrosse) begin in fifth grade. At St. Michaels, we nurture not just the mind, but the whole student. This is truly a school where great things happen.
