My name is Sheppard M. Kolb, and I would like to take this opportunity to give you a little information on my company, Kolb Appraisals. We are a small office located in Portsmouth, RI, providing residential appraisal services on single-family, multi-family and condominium properties throughout all counties in Rhode Island.

I have over 18 years of appraisal experience in the State of RI, and am fully certified, insured, and bonded. I am up-to-date with FHA guidelines and reverse mortgages, and am qualified to appraise for these loans.

I have performed appraisals on homes running the gamut of values, from stately mansions valued in the millions of dollars to seasonal vacation cottages; no job is too big or too small. Kolb Appraisals also does field reviews, foreclosure properties, divorce cases, and estate estimates. My assistant, Ana Tenkarian, provides comparable value checks free of charge to our clients so they can get a better understanding of the feasibility of a potential loan. We give top priority to underwriter stipulations on our orders, so you can get your loans approved fast.
