Driving Lesson Information:
NEW TRAINING TOOL: We now use an on board video camera that allows segments of the driving lesson to be recorded. The student can see some video on Facebook or here on the web site. To be certified, I attended an eight hour program for this product. The course was taught by a nationally recognized organization that teaches driver education in many states.
Home, School, or Work pick up and drop off
We offer four one and one half hour lessons or three two hour lessons depending on your needs and location.
Other schools pick up and drop off with more than one student and we do not. I have seen Massachusetts schools have four people in the car and they are allowed to teach Rhode Island Teenagers. Why! They are in the business of wasting your money and time. Use Rhode Island Driving Schools, not out of State! I get students from Labontes 33 hour program and these students are lacking in knowledge of Rhode Island Traffic rules. They tell me they just watch videos, tell me is that what you want your teenager to learn?
Safety Education Training Instructors teach accident prevention techniques.
Each driver is different, so we work with you to develop your confidence and build on your experience.
Cost depends on your location: Prices start at $240.00 for six hours pay by the lesson.
ROAD TEST INFORMATION:We offer the vehicle for the Road Test if you have lessons with us.
You are picked up and taken to the road test site. The new road test site is in Providence on Melrose street. After you pass the road test you will receive your drivers license and we then take you back to where you need to go. If under the age of 18 you will need parents permission to be dropped off any location other than where they instructed.
The charge for the road test in Providence is $80.00 and the cost for Middletown is $120.00 and may change depending on the situation. Contact me (Brad) on my cell 401 640-1409.
Currently the only road test site is in Providence and Middletown Rhode Island. You need to become familiar with the area because the roads are not well marked and pedestrians "jay walk". Bicycle riders violate the rules of the road and you need to experience this type of behavior to keep you safe and out of accidents.
We serve most of Rhode Island from North Kingston to Woonsocket and Northern Areas as well. Contact us for more information.
