My name is Eric Chaika, and I’m a tobacconist. My wife, Kim, and I run the store that my grandfather started in 1948; we have been at 108-1/2 Waterman Street in Providence, Rhode Island since 1960 something.. I’d like to welcome you to our web site.
I know the whys, wherefores and qualities of pipes, cigars and tobaccos, the hows and whats of their related accessories, and the meaning of value. The products we sell are the intersection of art, craft, and practical use.

In our store we pride ourselves on personal service; all of our recommendations are personally tailored to the needs of the smoker. It’s hard to be personal on a web site, I suppose, but we stand ready to answer any questions you might have, and if you tell us what you’re looking for, we can help you find the perfect product.
Our store is more than three times more spacious(!) than ever before. We have comfortable seating, an interesting library; in short, a relaxed atmosphere for you to enjoy.
